4. Pricing and Payments
All pricing is provided in USD. Estimates are based on current shipping rates and may vary due to market conditions. Final prices are confirmed at time of purchase. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Sonixauto coordinates ocean freight to your destination port. Buyers are responsible for customs clearance, local taxes, and final delivery from the port. Estimated transit times are approximations and may vary due to weather, port congestion, or carrier schedules.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sonixauto acts as a platform connecting buyers and dealers. We are not responsible for vehicle condition, shipping delays, customs issues, or dealer performance. Our total liability is limited to the service fees paid to Sonixauto.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Sonixauto is registered. Both parties waive the right to a jury trial.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of material changes.
